Has anyone had problems play streaming audio with internet explorer in Windows 7?
Very simple. brought up internet explorer, logged into xmradio to play over the web and about 2 minutes into the play the sound starts chopping up repeatedly. Had to shut down explorer with task manager.

There have been some problems with media I had one with You Tube telling me to up grade which I did several times but finally un installed and then installed the 9.something adobe player and it works great. There was some type of upgrade that also concerned media but it was suppose to be expiring date. You might try a search within the forums to find those other problems. If I come accross them I will come back to you on it. I'm sure Ronnie has the links. Have a good one chamblisstom@bellsouth.net

Ronnie has a great link this is just one part Windows Media Player 20. Improved Internet Radio playback Internet radio playback continues to gain in popularity. We received feedback that sometimes playback of radio streams may be inconsistent depending on network conditions. Its worth noting that our understanding of this issue was greatly helped by the broad scale of usage across so many customers and network topologies and our telemetry in the Beta. Windows Media Player has made changes to make streaming playback more reliable and resilient. http://blogs.msdn.com/e7/archive/2009/02/26/some-changes-since-beta.aspx Thanks to Ronnie of course but now he knows I keep up with his postings:) Have a good one chamblisstom@bellsouth.net
