Hardware Device Disconnect/Reconnect - Event Log
Hey all, I've recently been hearing the sound notification for a device being disconnected and reconnected to my system (while nothing is being plugged in or removed). This happens once every 5-15 minutes and is quite annoying. I've checked the event viewer in hopes that I could find a log of devices that have been connected and disconnected from the system but couldn't find anything. Is there an easy way to capture / find out what device is being disconnected and reconnected? Thanks, Ryan

I've found something in Windows Logs\System, the UserPnp source is complaining about problems revovling around my keyboard. Which somewhat makes sense because this is a new keyboard and is the only hardware i've changed recently. However, this is a new Logitech G510 keyboard with the most up to date drivers and software installed. I've changed the USB port it's connected to and I hope that resolves the issue.
