Hardware-assisted virtualization support not present

my hardware does not support visualization.

I have win8.1 and Hyper V...can i still create new virtual machines?

is there any patch like for win 7 to run virtual pc?

No patch, no spoofing.

the hardware must support virtualization (-V or -VT) and also Data Execution Prevention.

If you want to use Hyper-V on Windows 8.1on the hardware side, CPU need to support Second Level Address Translation (SLAT).
