Hangs at shutdown
I've installed SP3, have checked for viruses and malware, have disengaged welcome screen and sound at shut down, have checked usb plugins. Tried doing a system restore at various dates and it will not perform any. This problem fisrt began 6 months ago rarely and now it's continual. Any suggestions?2 people need an answerI do too
