My HP 812c printer just stopped printing color, yet still prints black fine. I replaced the ink cartridge and cleaned the cartridge but still no color print. I tried printing pictures and from a Word doc but no color print. I ran the printer troubleshooter and fix it, but still problem. can anyone please help me figure out why it suddenly stopped printing color?1 person needs an answerI do too
