Usually, this kind of issue may occur if the printer driver is not fully compatible with Windows 7. To solve the issue, we may use the following procedure.1. In Windows 7, open Devices and Printers in Control Panel, delete the existing HP C4500 printer.2. Locate the Windows 7 driver for HP C4500 printer from the HP site. (If you cannot locate it, please contact HP Support and get it)http://www.hp.com/#Support3. Reinstall the HP C4500 printer with the WIN 7 driver.Good Luck!Kirin Xue

If this problem arises check for updated printer drivers, compatibility between your wireless printer and Windows Vista and firewall settings. All or any of this could prevent your HP wireless printer from printing documents. Setting up wireless printers is very easy; however, sometimes certain settings can create hassles for you. get more information from here........ http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-All-in-One-Install-and/Wireless-not-working/m-p/319330#M19085
