Hi,· What happens when you try to print from the printer, do you get any error message? If yes, what is the exact error message?· Was the printer working fine before on the system? Since when are you facing this issue?· Do you remember making any changes to the system?· Does the printer work properly when it connected to the system via a wired connection?· Is the printer able to print a test page? I would suggest you to connect the printer via a wired connection and check whether you are able to print or not. The error code is 871122 Can't remember exactly what it said but I went through the wizard and get to the end then Wha La the error. I have downloaded a new driver from Microsoft... I am on auto update for HP so will check that to be sure... Printer works great wired!! Thanks,Ken
