I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH WINDOWS 7 STARTER SHARING PARTITION AND FOLDERS. I HAVE 3 COMPUTERS WITH WINDOWS 7 STARTER INSTALED. BEFORE 5 MOUNTS I BOUGHT 2 COMPUTERS ,I instaled windows 7 starter on both computers ,i set up the sharing and everything was fine,i could see others computers in network and they could see me,i shared partition d: on both computers.Before few days i bought one more computer with windows 7 starter everything was same ,same setings in the network.But i can see them and i can access in the shared partition and folders,but they cannot. They can see only windows shared folder user,then public etc. Why i can not access in the shared partiton d: on my new computer,also i tried to share c: parition also i cannot enter it says that i don't have a permission.Because i have windows 7 starter i know that i cannot create homegroup i can only join,but i choice work network,all the computers are in WORKGROUP,network discovery is on,file sharing is on and password is disabled.Please help somehow.thanks.

Hi, Based on my understanding, Im afraid that you have not added your account into the new Windows 7 computer. For more details, please refer to To share files and folders on a workgroup or a domain.
