HELP PLEASE
MY INTERNET WORKS THROUGH EXPLORER BUT WONT GO TO I TUNES STORE THROUGH I TUNES ON MY DESKTOP OR MAKE A CONECTION FOR ANYTHING ELSE THAT NEEDS ONE IT SAYS THE DNS SERVER IS NOT RESPONDING AND THE WIRELESS CONECTION IS NOT CONECTED AND IT CANT CONECT IT
PLEASE HELP

Hi,
Please let me know if the
other applications which use Internet connection also encounter this issue? And let me know if you are using a proxy.
You can try the following steps to test this issue:
1.
Temporarily disable Firewall and third party antivirus program on the computer for a test.
In Windows 7, to turn off Windows Firewall, we should use this command:
Netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off
To turn it on:
Netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state on
2.
Boot the system to
Clean Boot environment to determine the possible cause.
3.
Please
check DNS use the command “nslookup”.
4.
Please test this issue via the wire connection.
If the issue persists, you need to contact the
ITunes support to reconfigure the settings.
