Group Policy settings
My Problem reporting is OFF and the settings page is grayed out. It has me under some Group Policy and cannot change it. This is my PC as the administrator. I do not know how or why this happened. Was it from a 3rd party AV or is this a hard ware issue? Thank you, Eric

Hi, Could you please the detail symptom? Or you can make a screenshot for me: How to capture a screenshot to Technet Forum ========================= 1) Press the Print Screen key (PrtScn) on your keyboard. 2) Click the "Start" menu, type "mspaint" in the Search Bar and Press Enter. 3) In the Paint program, click the "Edit" menu, click "Paste", click the "File" menu, and click "Save". 4) The "Save As" dialogue box will appear. Type a file name in the "File name:" box, for example: "screenshot". 5) Make sure "JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF)" is selected in the "Save as type" box, click “Desktop” on the left pane and then click "Save". 6) Then Upload to SkyDrive. Furthermore, you can perform these general steps to troubleshoot the issue? 1 Logon with Clean Boot 2 Temporally disable firewall, and make a whole disk scan to check if any virus or spyware in your PC 3 Remove third party tools 4 Create another administrator account and login to see the result. Hope that helps. Regards, Leo HuangPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
