I can't seem to download windows 7 ultimate or enterprise the download link is grayed out but all the other versions of windows 7 are available for me. I am a TechNet Plus subscriber.Can you please tell me what's going on!?

Due the increased network traffic, downloads have been spearated. Click the top downloads button on the top of the page, and you can download Enterprise and Ultimate version from akamai network.

Nice one, Thanks.I will just slighty expand your explanation:On the enterprise or ultimate edition downloads click> Details >then click> "Top Downloads", keys can be found from the product key page.

After selecting "Top Download" ... i recieved a screen informing me of the heavy traffic. Toke a few times to install the "new" download manager. Finnally after a few tries ... it worked. This is happening to a friend on the NW coast also.rsaulnie

It all depends are the version of Win7 that you are downloading. I am trying to download the Home Premium x64. I am still getting under 50 kbs. I download Win7 professional at over 600 kbs.
