Hello, As is typical of Windows 7, when a user without local admin rights does a gpresult they only see the User Scope of applied policies. Is there a GPO or something I can apply to grant them access to view the Computer scope? Regards, Andrew.

There is no specific GPO for your requirement. Actually, although we could grant normal user such permimssion by changing GPO, file/registry pemissions, the normal user would be a partially administrator already even if we call it Normal user. It will not benefit the computer security. I'd suggest you use runas tool to query GPResult when the current user is normal user.
