GrannyD is not tecky.......Is there anyway for seniors to understand all of this?
Seniors are really struggling with this new age technology. This all seems so complicated. This is a must for them to know . My computer is hacked and I am trying to make sense out of all of this complicated stuff about so many adware and spyware and ...and....and....and.... So many ......It is so confusing. How can all of this be simplified using the KISS principle........KEEP IT SIMPLE SENOR Thanks

Hi, From your description, I cannot understand the problem you met. If you met any virus, you could try to use MSE to scan your computer: 1. Download Microsoft Security Essentials from http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx. 2. Install it. 3. Update the signature to the latest and preform a full system scan. Or you could provide more information about this problem. Please refer: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproinstall/thread/b98c8db6-ddc9-4a06-b658-fc5ca9088a26 Hope that helpsWilliam Tan TechNet Community Support
