Got internet, but no web page
Hi, I connect to the Internet, yahoo messager is open and can ping 4.2.2.4 , but I cannot open any page with IE or Firefox. There is no proxy set, check the firewall, antivirus still no chance. Any solution?

Hello, first of all disable all security softwares and try again. Are you able to solve DNS names using nslookup. Please post the output of ipconfig /all > ip.txt. You can also contact ISP and with it. I think the problem is with your DNS config.i'm sure if you ping "www.yahoo.com" it will return a host not resolvable error.Check your DNS settings in tcp/ip configuration. Ask your ISP for recent DNS address. Tunde Abagun MCP,MCSA,MCTS,MCITP en p "for the love of Computers"
