Got a new broadband supplier, computer(explorer) does not see it
We are switching from a wifi service to a higher speed dsl connection. DSL connection is installed and working. However the computer that will be used with this connection does not see the new service. Reconnect to old service and it works fine. Service is Frontier DSL, and was set up using the installers laptop, because he could not get our computer to see the Frontier router. After set up, our computer still can not access the Internet, nor access the router. Both done with installer's laptop.
