Google hijacked my NSLOOKUP default server
Help, Google is behaving no better than malware hijacking my NSLOOKUP default server. I have uninstalled the Google toolbar but it did not reset this. I have a domain computer and it must be set to my domain DNS servers. How do I reset this? C:\>nslookup Default Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com Address: 8.8.8.8 > set all Default Server: google-public-dns-a.google.com Address: 8.8.8.8 Set options: nodebug defname search recurse nod2 novc noignoretc port=53 type=A+AAAA class=IN timeout=2 retry=1 root=A.ROOT-SERVERS.NET. domain=mydomain.com MSxfr IXFRversion=1 srchlist=mydomain.com Thanks all Pete

Hi, Since you have a domain DNS server, it is better to ask the question in Server Forum. Win Server Forum http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverNIS/threads In addition, I would like to share the following KB for you. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/200525 Best Regards, Niki Please remember to click "Mark as Answer" on the post that helps you, and to click "Unmark as Answer" if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
