I have Windows XP Professional, but I can't get online. I'm going through Comcast and using their wireless units to get online. They use a Motorola SB5101 Surfboard cable modem and a Netgear wireless G router WGR614 v9. My explorer wont get online just from the basic set up/download, so can you tell me what I can do to get this to work? (Comcast said to call you). Thanks. how are you connected to the router via cable or wireless? is your router DHCP is enabled/ if not ip is set manually if you connected via cable then go to network place setup home or office network and select internet connection manually ISP selection LAN ADSL broadband if DHCP is enabled in your router remove any ip if set manually in computer network card properties Sohail Khan
