I having a problem getting my computer to shut down after pressing the shut down button in windows. Windows starts to do the shut down process like its suppose to then just as the computer is suppose to shut down it restarts. Its like i pressed the restart button instead of the shut down button. Please tell me how to fix this problem so i don't have to hold the power button to get the computer to shut off.1 person got this answerI do too
