Gets ati2dvag error message when online.
ati2dvag does not seem to be a driver problem with ati-card or a board driver problem. i have installed new driver from the venders (atiamd) also from (asus). The result is the same. I used a clean removal tool also. I can play game disc's with no problems or on line game diablo 2 with no problem. The crash, if i may call it that only happens when running web pages.

Original title: ati2dvag problem or bug.The ati2dvag bug does not go away after downloading and applying new drivers to ati cards or bios for boards. I have tried this with clean removal tools. The problem seems to accure only when running web pages. Game cd's dose not make it crash and on line games do not make it crash. I have played diablo 2 with no problems.. Only web pages do. So what do we do now?

Hi ahzoomah,· What is the exact error message you are getting?· Which browser do you use?· What is the website that you are trying to view? Let’s follow these methods & check if the issue persists.Method 1I would suggest you to check for the version of the drivers that is installed on the system and delete it and load the previous version of the driver from the manufacturer’s website and check whether the issue is resolved. Method 2If that does not help, then I would suggest you to uninstall the drivers from the system and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website. Thereafter, check if the issue persists.a. Click on Start and click on Run.b. Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in the run box and press enter.c. Right click on the driver to uninstall it from the system.d. Restart the system and then let Windows install the drivers automatically and check whether the issue is resolved. For more information, refer: How to manage devices in Windows XP Hope the information helps. Hi After reasearching and trying everything i could think of i did find the problem. If you want to know if you are having a problem with ati2dvag just bring up the search on you window and type in ati2dvag. If it is the problem your computor will lock up when searching for that file. If it dosent then you don't have this problem. My graphic,s card is a Ati HD 2400. (I am eating crow on this on folks!!) The last drivers put out by ati contains the file ati2dvag and when searching for it the computor shuts down and gives blue screen. Stuck in infinate loop.I uninstalled all my ati drivers and catalyst. Then i installed older drivers and the problem seems to be gone. The drivers i am using are 10.1 from atiamd.com This works well with my card. The drivers off my original ati disk or cd would have probley done ok.(This problem is only found on computors using ati graphic cards.)Thanks for your helpGlenn
