When I try to run CANON UTILITIES CAMERA WINDOW DC or WD SMARTWARE I get the message:*** has encountered a problem and needs to closeHave tried to remove and readd, reboot etc, but still I get the message. I used to think it was the Canon program but today I added the WD SmartWare, and it is doing it with this one too. What is the problem? Can it be fixed so these programs will work now? HELP! 1 person needs an answerI do too
