Hello,

I am learning windows phone 8.1 development but I am unable to use Windows Phone emulator in Visual Studio Community. It needs Hyper-V and it requires Windows Professional. I only have 8.1 basic edition. 

My questions:

1) Is there a way/trick to get a free windows 8.1 professional product key? I'm not a student (only learning at MVA) and not working in a IT  company (unemployed).

I would like a legal product key and no illegal crack, key generator or such.

2) If not, what is the cheapest way to get a legal product key? I got various prices, some really expensives! Windows 8.1 add functionnality services proposed 160, some other websites proposed 60 for the same thing. Is there a reason for such disparity in prices? Are those websites sell legal product keys?

3) If I get a new Windows 8.1 Professional product key, will it be map to Windows 10 Professional when I will upgrade to Windows 10?

I will be grateful for any help you can provide.

If you want to test things there are evaluation versions free to download, install and use/check things. These versions have product key build in, and automatically activate when online, so you can play with those for given number of days.
