I have just received a phone call proporting to come from WindowsSupport Service about malicious Junk Files that are being downloaded to my computer. They asked me to type EVENTVWR into my run programme and they would show me the junk mail and then they would delete the files for me. I refused and said I would contact Windows direct - was this a genuine call or a scam?1 person got this answerI do too
