After attempting to download updates from internet, the message this is not a genuine Windows appears in lower right hand corner. When using activation code on sticker on laptop (10mnth old HP probook) get message that says not a valid code. What gives??

Hi, I suggest contacting Activation Center and they will help you verify the product key. The product key should have 25 digitals and looks like XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
