Generic host process win32 has encountered an error and Norton
I recently started receiving a Generic Host process win32 has encountered an error and needs to close message. After the message I lose my speakers, as in the speakers are not directed by windows. I was recently hit with Thinkpoint virus, however this problem didn't start until immediately after I installed Norton Antivirus. Thank you for any help in resolving the issue.
