Hello - I cannot for the @*&T!! life of me download the update patch KB894391 to fix my generic host process for win 32 services error messages - I can find the download page at microsof.com but when I click download explorer tells me it cannot connect to the page - meaning i cannot download the patch to fix the @$#^!! problem!!Any suggestions?!?1 person needs an answerI do too

The d/l link works fine for me ... but are you sure you really want this 5-year-old patch? You should already have it if you've been keeping your system up to date using Windows Update.
