I SEE THIS QUESTION IS STILL UNANSWERED. DOES ANYONE HAVE A CLUE ABOUT HOW TO GET THIS?i need help. i've had major problems with my computer lately and one of the things the tech guy told me to do was increase bandwidth by following the above instructions; enter GPEDIT.MSC in the run window. i get an error message that i don't have that! how am i supposed to do this with windows vista home? i would appreciate any help you can give. i am not very tech savy so i'm afraid to mess with things. thanks, sue
