Running a kiosk Win8.1 no AD (assigned access, IE metro UI) that is only supposed to access a single site. 

Problem is that users are allowed to get access to the URL and type in www.whatever.com - the system is purposely disconnected to the internet, and people are therefor having the idea the the system does not work.

I want to disable this access - users should only have access to a full windowed IE and no possibility to do anything else than clicking the links on this site.

Is this possible?
