Fullscreen Problem
For a while now, all my programs that are set to open fullscreen open at their window size on a black background. They never used to, and it's driving me insane. A few of my programs I've been able to change the fullscreen settings in their Options to open at my screen resolution, but there are still programs that don't have that option, and are opening even a third the size of my screen! Not fullscreen! Aaaargh! So my question is: Is there any way to fix this globally so programs set to open fullscreen actually fill the screen? As I said, this never used to be a problem with ANY of my programs, but now it happens with ALL of them. If not, is there a way I can change the resolution a program opens fullscreen at, for programs that don't have that option in their Options? I REALLY need to fix this. :( Any suggestions would be very welcome!

Hi, Incorrect graphics driver or display resolution settings may cause this issue. So I suggest you could update graphics driver and change display resolution. Recently install driver update can also cause this. Check the installed updates list, if any driver update is installed, try remove it. And install the driver update from manufacturer’s website. Remove an update If display driver installed, configure setting on it . If the issue persists, you could perform a clean boot to troubleshoot. Hope it helps. Hi! Thank you very much for your help! :) It definitely put me on the right track. I did try reinstalling my graphics driver several times, but I finally fixed it by changing the setting for 'Flat Panel Scaling' from 'Use my display's built-in scaling' to 'Use NVIDIA scaling' in the NVIDIA control panel. Thank you again!
