Fresh Paint Appx File

Good Morning, I was wondering whether or not it is possible to aquire the appx file of Fresh Paint to be used in image deployment? We will be rolling out Windows 8 more and more over the christmas holidays and will require some default app sets on all the machines and we would like to include Fresh Paint in this. thanks, Kyle.

Hi,

According to your description, we can implement it by using Windows PowerShell or the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) platform.

Add and Remove Apps Using DISM:

Meanwhile, I would like to share the following article:

Customize the Start Screen:

You can add your business apps to a Windows image and customize the Start screen to include them.

Hope this helps.

Hey Kyle,

Typical Microsoft response.  Did you ever have any luck appx files?  I see there is a way to capture them when downloading from the store but really If Microsoft supports deploying them with Configmgr they should be posted to download from somewhere.
