I can't use my USB3.0 and I don't really know why

I tried differents versions of the drivers, but none seems to work, I already used CCLeaner to fix registry errors and deleted all Fresco Logic folders on my computer. I'm running out of ideas, so any help will be welcome !

as stated on the error code better you contact your device manufactured regarding this Fresco Logic FL1000 setup
