I have upgraded my laptop from Vista Business to Win7. After I log in the Welcome screen comes up and it sits there. The first time I thought it was finishing the install so I let it sit. It sat for over 4 hours before I rebooted it. This is an issue most of the time I log in, but not all. The only way I've found around it once it happens is to reboot, boot the the install disk, and run either the Memory Checker or Repair tool. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
