Found security vulnerability in Windows 7 (all version).
Hello. Today while doing some tasks (which won't be disclosed due to this revealing said vulnerability), I found a built in system providing me with a way to gain full admin privs without the need of a password. This doesn't involve anything special to accomplish-- no using boot options, cracks, or any other piece of software to replicate. Obviously, I'm leaving details out about this so as to not announce it to the world. Where do I go to report these kind of things, and does Microsoft offer "bounties" the way Google and Mozilla do? Thanks
