Okay soo I call HP the guy instructs me has me pushing F8, F9, F10..Whatever to Reset the Computer. Okay so we do that We go to HP PC System Recovery,, I remember him saying we want the ones to destroy the files (Reset the Comp) soo it says Recovery in Progress takes about 20 minutes it finishes. It asks me some ?'s like u in the US, Pacific time yes blah blah blah. Then it says YOUR GOOD TO GO YOUR FINISHED JUST CLICK THE FINISH BUTTON AND THE COMPUTER WILL RESTART. Well I hit Finish and it FREEZES I restart do the same thing over and it gets stuck on finish...1 person needs an answerI do too

no hah I was just gonna ask...I think thats the problem...How do I do that with out the disc's
