Force Windows 7 SP1 to disable Multicast on the NICs
Is there a way to disabled multicast / force unicast on Windows 7 SP1?

Hi, Please perform following steps for testing. Click Start->regedit->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{GUID} This GUID indicates the relevant NIC, and it can be found with WireShark program. DhcpConnForceBroadcastFlag (0 or 1) 0 indicate unicast 1 indicate broadcast WireShark http://www.wireshark.org/ Hope that helps.
