When you send it, the font color is not seen in Sent Items? Send yourself a test message. How does it look in the Inbox? Tools | Options | Compose. Make sure nothing is checked or selected in the Stationery section, including Blank. You might also try in a new identity. You may have a damaged identity especially if it is the default Main Identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages and Address Book from the old identity and delete it. Note: Do not use the word Main in the name of the new identity. 1: Is this a sudden, new problem? 2: If someone sends you an HTML message containing "colored fonts" [text], do the colors display in the received message? 3: IE Tools | Internet Options | General | Appearance | Colors | Use Windows colors [checked?] 4: IE Tools | Internet Options | General | Appearance | Accessibility: Anything checked/enabled here? 5: Control Panel | Accessibility Options | Display: Make sure that high contrast is not checked. 6: Is WinXP SP3 installed? Fully-patched at Windows Update? 7: What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall (if any)? 8: If not using them right now, has Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on the computer (e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought it)?
