Folder virtualisation does not work with EFS?
I am still using the last german version of MS-Money (from 2000. Have not found anything better until now).To protect my personal data I wanted to encrypt the virtual files under: "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Money"using the Encrypting File System (EFS).As soon as this folder, subfolders, and files are encrypted the folder virtualisation stopped.I verified this behaviour in Process Monitor: the original path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Money\..."is no longer reparsed w/ the VirtualStore path. After decrypting the folder everything worked again. Is this behaviour "by design" or considered "a bug"?(My OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Eng w/ German regional settings)I am aware of BitLocker but this is not an option in this case.
