Hi, I have a question regarding the folders permissions, I have an folder that has been shared and has 10 subfolders, I want just 2 users have access to this shared folder and its sub folders, so I did remove the everyone from the share permission and add the user A and User B to the share permission with Read and change permission after that I did remove the check mark of inhrit permission from perant, and remove autenticated users, now only User A and User B have access to the shared folder and its sub folders and no one else. Now here is my question, now lets say that one of the subfolders in the shared folder above called DUMP, I want that only user A has Access to this folder and all othe 9 subfolders, but User B when Click on sub folder DUMP he get the error that you dont have permission to open this folder but user B can access the rest of the 9 subfolders, I can ecomplish this if I Remove the check mark of inhirit permission from the pernt of the folder DUMP and then edit the security of DUMP and give the user B a read deny permission for folder DUMP, but as you know working with deny is not recomended. So can I do this without the deny permission? or is this possible at all? ThanksShahin
