Folder not showing in Windows 7
In my corporation every user has a folder on our Network drive (The H drive) that is the same as their user name (as in my case dblois). Only the user and administrators have access to the folder (and only those two can even see the folder because we take domain user out of the security). Now one of the users who is on a Windows 7 64 bit machine (who is hooked up to the domain and has access to the H drive), cannot see her drive. We also log in through Citrix (which uses Windows Server 2008 R2) and we cannot see it within Citrix. I am an administrator (on a Windows 7 64 bit machine) and I cannot see her folder. However, another administrator (on a XP machine) can see the users folder. We already checked the security and it is set up correctly.

Hi, You can use dir or other command to confirm the result on the network drive. Meanwhile, please show all hidden files and folders. Niki Han TechNet Community Support
