Folder Redirection sync conflicts on Windows 7
As the title states we use folder redirection in our organization. Quite often I see conflicts show up in the Sync Center. The details of the conflict are always "A file changed on this computer while offline has been deleted or renamed on the server." I have no idea how that would even happen unless you used multple workstations at the same time, but one of them was offline when you made a change. This is not the case for us. So far when resolving the conflict I always pick "Keep this version and copy it to the other location". Can someone explain why this keeps happening or better yet how to fix it so it stops happening? It really looks like a bug.

By the way, I found this KB article, but we aren't using a Buffalo NAS device. The folder redirection is pointed to a share on a Server 2003 R2 box with internal disks. Nothing fancy. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2002109
