Hi all My name is Liam and I have just signed up for my 1st technet subscription (Standard) to hopefully help me with my MSCE studies and Server building. Just wanted to ask a few questions that i was unsure about so i hope someone might be able to help me out. I have installed and activated 1 of my 2 Windows 7 Pro keys to get me started, I just wondered how many times can i activate the same key? I have already activated it 3 times as I have been playing around with the OS and had to reinstall. Also i have activated 1 of my XP Pro licenses as well on my Laptop and installed all relevent updates etc and then made a backup Image to save having to reload all the updates etc if i screw something up. As the license has already been activated before the image backup was taken wil it class as another activation when the image is reloaded all be it I wont actually be physically activating it as its already activated in the image? Sorry for sounding kinda silly, hope someone can lend me some advice Thanks again Liam
