Hi Admin E, - Which is the browser that you use to connect to the Internet? - Were you able to go online without any issues earlier? - Do you remember making any recent changes to your computer after which this issue has started to occur? Method 1: As a first step, I would suggest you to install the Security Software (anti-virus application) on your computer to prevent it against any vulnerable attacks. Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. Running a computer without any security software can cause a potential threat to your computer. Run an online virus scanon your computer and check. Visit the following links to do the same:http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/center/whatsnew.htmMicrosoft Security Essentials Method 2: If it's Internet Explorer that you use to surf online, you’ve to make sure that the proxy server has no boxes checked and everything should be blanked. a. Open Internet Explorer. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options. b. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings. c. Make sure that the proxy server box has no checks and everything should be blank / unchecked on the page. d. Click Apply to save changes and OK to exit. Now check if you’re able to access the internet. Method 3: Still the same, try to open the ports manually.
