Firewall and sharing bug?
Posted the same question in a 7 performance section, but i think here is better place....Two PC, A and B.PCA: start, CMD, ping PCB (PCB where Windows Firewall is enabled and file and printer sharing in the network and sharing center are ON)Now, if i disable FW on PCB ping stop working.Can anyone confirm this bug?Regards.

If you stop the ping and start it again does it still fail? Is the firewall enabled on PCA?

When you enable file sharing did you disable the firewall on both machines first?
