FireFox 3.6.6 Desktop Window is forced to stay hidden. I un-installed FireFox 3.6.6. Commodo System Cleaner was the only free ant-malware that was able to detect these registry keys and remove them after complete scans. I rebooted, re-installed FireFox 3.6.6 and FireFox worked. Later though the after closing FireFox and re-opening FireFox the problem started occurring again. There may be a virus that runs on reboot/logon.
