Find out who recorded a meeting

Hi all,

are there any easy way to find out who recorded a meeting?

Its difficult to browse thru monitoring when meeting has a lot of attendee.

Hi

Not sure if it is picked up by the monitoring server. But if it is then you could design a custom SQL report to pull this data directly? Don't have a server in front of me right now, but would seem like an important piece of information that almost certainly will be recorded in the database somewhere.

thanks

I just created a test meeting with a test user, then started recording as test user.

I went thru the whole conferencing log on monitoring server, men there are none that states user started recording.

I'm not good at creating sql report, so it will be difficult if I don't know which table to look at. Does anyone know at all if this is logged somewhere?

Hi Off2work,

As I know, this information is not recorded within the Conference Report.

You may check the logs on FE Server, since the user who is recording will send a modifyEndpoint case to the focus. You can search by the term modfyEndpoint and search for the user who is sending that notification.

Many thanks for your helpful info Eric!

Seems like csclslogging was not on,so mean I cannot search the log for modifyendpoint.

Can this be searched directly in SQL database? If so which table is it?

thanks again!
