When I try to bring up a file from the system that I have shared the information on it takes 10 - 20 seconds (very slow) I have disabled the fire wall and removed the anti virus software, still slow Any Ideas would be great.. Thanks Mike 1 person needs an answerI do too

What is the speed of the switch, if you are using one? What are the speeds of the Adapters? The anti virus and firewall are not responsible. Does your disk drive have a lot of temporary files/temporary internet files and when was it last defragged?
