File Server Not Found
My wife's office switched to CISCO Anyconnect where before we used CISCO VPN Client 5.0.4 in order to vpn into her office. I installed the Anyconnect and can get connected plus she can access her exchange email with Outlook 2003, but we can not get it to open any network drives or folders anymore. We are using Win7, what could be the problem? Is there a setting in Win7 that I need to modify? I even tried using RUN>\\fileserver\ and it could not find it!Everything else with the Win7 and my home network works fine, I have 3 pc's w/Win7 an WHS and 2 networked printers.

Hi, Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following: 1. Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP on the VPN client. 2. If you don’t use the IPv6 feature, please also disable it. Considering this issue is related to CISCO Anyconnect and we have limited resources about it, please contact CISCO Support for help.
