File Explorer color

I can't find a place to change it.  In the forum it is said, the default is set by the color I picked during set-up.  Low-res and too bright, what happened to the red X for delete.  I reserved a month ago, icon disappeared and the compatibility checker never arrived.  Used the e-mail confirmation to find the download.  Accepted the license agreement and lost about 1 hours with no set-up questions asked, not even language choice.  Seems to run fine on my Lenovo 64 bit laptop with minimal glitches but had to restart Firefox about 4 times for the "Minimize / Maximize / Close" bar not to cover over the Firefox options / home and other buttons but good now.  I've loaded a couple themes, no help when viewing folders.  How do I change the Windows 10 Pro basic operating colors?

Also we can change File explorer background color by using registry editor in Windows 8.1. please check if it also works under Windows 10.

All color management is under computer/HKCU\Control panel\colors

Black = 0 0 0, white is 255 255 255, silver is 192 192 192 and you can adjust it by yourself.

Here is a discussion about how to change file icon and explorer under Windows 8.1
