Hi,
Please check the following method as well.
1 . Open registry editor ( Start search -> regedit)
2 . Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
3. Create a new DWORD value, NAME: LmCompatibilityLevel, VALUE: 1
4. Restart your PC and check the issue again.

I have a windows 7 PC that has a xerox 6400 hooked up to it for file and printer sharing. I have 3 other window 7 PC and labtops that are connected to it and there are no problems. I have a new window 7 labtop that when i connect to the printer it works
fine, until i reboot the PC then it keeps asking me for the login info from the PC that has the printer hooked up to it... I have saved the login info everytime ... How do i stop this from happenning... PLZ help
