We are currently using Cisco Jabber for our company's instant messaging.<o:p></o:p>

We have a brand new Skype for Business on-premise setup that I am planning on
transitioning everyone too.<o:p></o:p>

I would like people using Skype to be able to communicate with people on Cisco
Jabber as well as communicate with one of our clients that uses Cisco Jabber.<o:p></o:p>

I can't figure out how to get Federation working between Skype & Jabber and
can't find any walk-throughs online.<o:p></o:p>
