Feature Request: Return Local Login Option

I am hoping this forum can also be a place to request missing features.

Being back the option to create a local account when the PC detects Internet connectivity.  A couple of coworkers was going to give the preview a try at work via ESXi.  However, when presented with this screen, they just shutdown the VM and deleted it.  Why?  We are not allowed to use any MSFT accounts; we create a standardized local account then join to the domain.  Yes, all of this can be automated, but for the one-offs and testing, this should not be a show stopper.

When I informed them that you must "disconnect" from the Internet to create a local account, they laughed so hard, I though I was telling a bad joke.  Response.  "If I have to do that [*deleted*], then that mean I don't need to install this [*deleted*]."  Keep in mind this is coming from die-hard Linux users and fans--who already hate anything MSFT related.

To Microsoft: Forcing users to sign up for a MSFT account prior to installing and using Windows WILL NOT entice them to create the account.  They will just stick with the OS they already have or move to something else--like OSX or Ubuntu.  Don't make this bureaucratic, corporate mistake.
